Automatic Cutting Height Control

The MF 7344 model is equipped with automatic cutting height control as standard to maximise cutting performance over all terrain, and MF’s optional AutoLevel feature allows the table to follow changes in land contour of up to 8%.

Freeflow

With cutting widths from 4.2 m – 7.6 m, the Freeflow™ table features a welded frame to which bolt-on panels (such as the table bottom plates) are mounted, making it extremely easy to replace parts when necessary.

Freeflow - Cutting Duty

Cutting duty is carried out by a self-cleaning Schumacher knife and gearbox. The cut crop feeds into a large diameter table auger fitted with feathering fingers along its whole length to ensure a positive feed of crop into the main crop elevator.

Threshing performance, perfect grain sample and high quality straw: MF ACTIVA guarantees excellent seasonal results when it is needed the most.

Hydrostatic Three-Speed Transmission

All MF ACTIVA combines are fitted with a hydrostatic three-speed transmission as standard – this provides more flexibility and ensures optimum harvesting speed is achieved.

Active Beater Concave

The Active Beater Concave (ABC) - located at the rear of the main concave under the rear beater - provides an extra 14º of concave wrap to give even more threshing output. The ABC module also controls straw flow onto the walkers from the rear beater.

Cylinder - 600mm x 1340mm

The cylinder is 600 mm diameter x 1340 mm wide meaning that peak loads will not slow down the drum and affect threshing ability.

Grain Tank

The grain tanks have a high capacity of up to 6,500 litres, while the unloading rate of 85 l/sec is fast for quick unloading. The turret auger can cope with the highest of trailers in the field or on the road.

High capacity sieve design

The fully adjustable sieves have a special design with tags which gives a very clean sample whatever the crop, to remove them for cleaning is very simple with a minimum of effort.

Straw Walker

The long straw walkers feature four steps with ‘active walls’. The 21 cm high, vertical sections of the walker steps are made up of permeable grids. The front steps of the straw walkers are reinforced for maize.

Straw Chopper

The straw chopper is specifically designed to provide chopping and spreading performance suitable for farmers using reduced tillage operations. The knives are serrated to give a clean chop and reduce the power requirement.

Shaker Shoe

The sieve profile is the key to shaker shoe performance. The high performance sieves are specially designed with vertical tags which improve the sample and allow you to open the sieves wider for greater throughput.

The excellent XL cab offers a superb position from which to control the harvest.

Driver Comforts

Driver comforts include air-con, heating, deluxe suspended seat and electric mirrors as standard. The dashboard, to the right of the seat, gives easy access to all controls.
