POWERFLOW

PowerFlow™ is the industry benchmark table for high capacity in all conditions with a cutting width of 5.5 m or 6.2 m. The proven belt drive powers the crop into the combine ensuring seamless feeding.

FREEFLOW

With cutting widths from 4.8 m to 7.6 m, the FreeFlow™ table features a welded frame to which bolt-on panels (such as the table bottom plates) are mounted, making it extremely easy to replace parts when necessary.

SCHUMACHER KNIFE - FREEFLOW TABLE

The Schumacher knife is the best performing knife in the business at 1,254 cuts a minute. Self-cleaning and consistently sharp, this keeps the crop moving in tough conditions.

AUTOMATIC CUTTING HEIGHT CONTROL

All 3 models are equipped with automatic cutting height control as standard to maximise cutting performance over all terrain, and MF’s optional AutoLevel feature allows the table to follow variations in slope angle of up to 8%.

OPTIONAL RAPE AUGER

The optional rape auger for the PowerFlow table ensures a consistent flow of tall crops into the elevator thereby increasing the output considerably. Two electrical side knives complete the rapeseed kit.

MULTICOUPLER

Combined multicoupler is standard for quick table dismount.

FULL WIDTH AUGER FINGERS

Full width auger fingers on the Freeflow™ table increase auger throughout, ensuring positive and fast feed into the main crop elevator.

Threshing performance, perfect grain sample and high quality straw: MF ACTIVA guarantees excellent seasonal results when it is needed the most.

THRESHING DRUM

The cylinder is 600 mm diameter x 1340 mm wide meaning that peak loads will not slow down the drum and affect threshing ability.

MULTICROP SEPARATOR - MCS

The MCS provides a massive separation area to remove as much grain as possible before it reaches the walkers. The MCS has the ability to rotate the concave over the top of the rotary separator when it is not required.

SECTIONAL CONCAVE

A Sectional Concave option allows a quick change from small to large seed crops.

GRAIN-PAN

The new modular grain pan is fitted with removable, hard-wearing plastic sections. These further improve versatility making it much easier to clean when working in difficult conditions and in crops such as soybeans and maize.

HIGH CAPACITY SIEVE DESIGN

The fully adjustable sieves have a special design with tags which ensures a very clean sample whatever the crop. Electric adjustment from the cab is an option, and the sieves are easily and quickly removed for cleaning.

GRAIN TANK

High capacity grain tanks up to 6,500 litres are quickly unloaded at speeds up to 85 l/sec. The turret auger copes with the highest of trailers in the field or on the road.

STRAW WALKER

The long straw walkers feature four steps with ‘active walls’. The 21 cm high, vertical sections of the walker steps are made up of permeable grids. The front steps of the straw walkers are reinforced for maize.

STRAW CHOPPER

The straw chopper is specifically designed to provide chopping and spreading performance suitable for reduced tillage operations. The knives are serrated to give a clean chop and reduce the power requirement.

RICE CYLINDER - CONCAVE VERSION

A special Rice cylinder and concave with a unique peg and tooth profile is an option. Designed to achieve maximum separation in tough conditions, it comes with MCS as standard.

Offering an excellent view of the header, stubble, and unloading auger, the new cab provides a perfect working environment. The new seat-mounted armrest, air-suspended seat and electronic transmission ensure high productivity and maximum comfort – even after many hours in the cab.

DRIVER COMFORT

The MF Activa comes with a high level of equipment to ensure maximum driver comfort. A heater and air-conditioner, an air-suspended operator seat, a passenger seat and electric mirrors are all included as standard.

AGRITRONIC TERMINAL

All models come with the pillar-mounted Agritronic terminal. This user-friendly, on-board computer provides convenient monitoring of all aspects of operation including grain losses.

VISIBILITY

Superb visibility with a panoramic view from the operator seat of the header, stubble, unloading auger, and to the rear through adjustable heated mirrors, and cameras which are available as an option.

NEW ARMREST

A new seat-mounted armrest improves operation. The Multi-function lever at the front allows smooth, electronic control of the hydrostatic transmission, and includes unloading auger activation among its many other functions.

TURN NIGHT INTO DAY

Improved lighting packages extend the working day so that harvesting can continue when conditions are suitable, and crops are in peak condition.

HYDROSTATIC THREE-SPEED TRANSMISSION

The transmission has been updated with an electronically controlled hydrostatic pump. This makes it easier for the operator to precisely match the harvesting speed to the conditions for maximum productivity, and performance on the road is enhanced too.

AGCO POWER ENGINE

We can promise you that your AGCO Power engine has been designed to match the latest emissions regulations using SCR technology – one of the most advanced systems on the market.

AGCO POWER ENGINE PERFORMANCE

The engines produce a flat torque curve, which means the power delivery remains constant as the working load varies. This coupled with the efficient, low friction drives will give you incredibly low fuel consumption per tonne of crop harvested.

POWER

7.4 litre, six-cylinder engines power the MF Activa 7343 and MF Activa 7344, and a 4.9 litre, four-cylinder version ensures economical operation of the MF Activa 7342. Four valves per cylinder with hydraulic adjustment reduce maintenance requirements.

OPTIONAL COMPRESSOR

An optional engine-driven* compressor provides a convenient, high-pressure air supply for use during maintenance and servicing. Air is stored in a large 30-litre tank, and available through three outlets around the machine. *belt-driven on MF 7342
