The MF 500R self-propelled sprayer is designed with the commercial farmer in mind. It is simple to operate, flexible, and built for performance. Its powerful 6.6 litre AGCO Power Engine and all-wheel drive transmission makes it ideal for our adverse field conditions.
With the modern spacous cab, the MF 500R sprayer makes long working days comfortable and reduces operator fatigue.

The MF 500R is fitted with a 6-cylinder, 6.6-litre, turbocharged, AGCO power engine. The common rail fuel injection system guarantees optimum fuel efficiency.
All-Wheel Drive Transmission
The MF 500R is equipped with an intelligent all-wheel drive hydrostatic transmission. The electronic system controls and manages the traction and slippage of each wheel in real time to ensure optimum infield performance.
Stay Grounded - C-Flex Chassis
The fully bolted C-flex chassis gives the MF 500R the ability to traverse different contours most sprayers would not attempt. The frame is not welded at any point, so when the suspension runs out of travel, the chassis itself will flex. The flexible chassis allows all wheels to stay in contact with the ground, ensuring the agility of the sprayer even in the most adverse conditions.
High Ground clearance.
The sprayer has a ground clearance of 1.65 m on 380/90R46 tyres which enables it to spray efficiently in different crop stages.
LiquidLogic Plumping System
The new MF 500R Sprayer comes with a standard AGCO's LiquidLogic boom plumping system. The mixed product is available immediately when the sprayer enters the field.

Technology & Innovation
6.6 Litre Tier 3 AGCO Power Engine
The MF 500R is fitted with a 6 Cylinder, 6.6-litre, turbocharged, AGCO power Tier III engine. The common rail fuel injection system guarantees fuel optimum efficiency. At only 1900 revs per minute, the Engine produces 210 hp (157 kW).
Automatic Speed Control
The system intelligently keeps the same ground speed despite the terrain by automatically controlling the RPM. This increases fuel efficiency, and improves application quality. It is designed to increase traction and prevents slipping on loose soils.
Airbag Suspension
The active airbag suspension is simple, reliable and delivers a smooth ride in the field. Each airbag is independently controlled to ensure quick response in the field.
Comfortable Cab
Controls are ergonomically arranged, and within easy reach. The cabin provides a generous amount of space to increase daily productivity. In addition to good front visibility, the operator has a clear view of the boom and rear.
Joystick
The multifunction joystick offers the operator exceptional comfort and convenience. This allows you to conveniently control all sprayer functions with the touch of a button.
Commodity Tanks
The Sprayer comes with either a 3000 or 3500-litre polyethene tank with proportional agitation. It is equipped with an electronic tank-level sensor for improved reliability.
Filling Station
The Sprayer comes with a digital side reloading panel. Its features include: 2” and 3” cam lock fill point, 549 l/min reload pump, unload point, 26.5-litre Hypro chemical hopper, adjustable agitation rate, fresh water pump, tank rinse
Boom Design
The boom is fitted with Fence line nozzles, Norac auto boom levelling with 5 sensors, Boom suspension on the centre section, 1” stainless steel boom lines, 5 nozzle bodies, and nozzle protection inside the boom.

Product Recovery
With the LiquidLogic system, the product can be recovered from the booms to the main tank, losing only 6 litres of the product.
Night time visibility
The sprayer is fitted with 8 headlights on the roof of the cab – 4 front + 4 rear facing with 2 blue lights on the boom to increase operating efficiency at night.

MF Guide
The MF 500R is equipped with Massey Ferguson's complete guidance system for hands-free steering. As standard, the sprayer is unlocked for Trimle’s RangePoint RTX signal. CenterPoint is available as an option.
Section Control
With the fully automatic Section Control , operators can apply crop protection products without overlapping. This prevents double treatment and areas worked outside of the field edges.
