CHILDHOOD DREAMS CAN COME TRUE WITH MF!
Once upon a time, a child – named Maxime – grew as many other French children do, on his family’s cereal farm «La Taupinette»; spending all his free time on farming activities, but also... tinkering with his family’s agricultural machinery.
His days were punctuated by a dream of becoming a motor engineer, which was undoubtedly influenced by the single-brand fleet of tractors that populated the family farm: Massey Ferguson!
In effect, the farm was (and is still!) populated by many MF machines: the TEA20 (the first MF bought by his great-grandfather, Aimé in 1956; an MF 165 (which did all the field work); an MF 6140 (on which Maxime had his first drive experience!); an MF 6290 and, in later years, the MF family was enlarged with the arrival of the all new MF 7S.
By his side, Maxime grew up tinkering for countless hours with those historical machines and learning about their mechanics. This fascination wasn’t just a hobby; it shaped his future. Passion and dedication to our brand have been so powerful that Maxime chose to work for Massey Ferguson as a Characterisation & Tuning Engineer. His education and career path were meticulously chosen to align with his love for these machines, ensuring he could contribute to the legacy that has driven his family for generations.
In an age where career paths often diverge from family traditions, Maxime’s choice to work for Massey Ferguson reflects a unique blend of personal passion and professional ambition. It’s a subtle reminder that sometimes following in family footsteps can lead to fulfilling and innovative career choices, making our childhood dreams become a pleasant reality!
